How We Do It
Step 1: Initial Consultation

We partner with experienced design consultants to ensure your brief, design and budget are aligned. with site conditions considered from the outset, we streamline the process from concept to construction providing you a stress-free process.
Step 3: Selections
With design approval and a commitment to proceed, we guide you through the selection process where we carefully choose materials, fixtures and finishes to give your vision character.
Step 4: Contracts
Once the selection process is finalised and signed off on, we prepare contracts along with all required documentation for your review and final signature before we commence construction.
Step 5: Approvals & Permits
We manage all required approvals and permits, ensuring full compliance with building regulations to secure the building permit for your project.
Step 6: Construction
Our skilled team led by our experienced site manager deliver each construction stage with efficiency and professionalism, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Step 7: Handover
At completion, we carry out a quality assurance inspection followed by a walkthrough with you to ensure every aspect meets your standards and expectations.
